Formula 1

A Deep Cleaner for all inks, supplied in 0.5 litre bottles.

This will remove all types of ink and should be used for stubborn ink residue which cannot be removed with other chemicals. This chemical provides an intensive clean and should be used periodically to remove the most persistent dried inks alongside mechanical cleaning systems or softer cleaning fluids.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1) Wear protective clothing, gloves (Thick Rubber, Nitrile or Latex, EN374, resistant to strong acid) and glasses.
2) Apply using an appropriate tool or spatula. Then rinse tool after use neutralising given the formulation strength.
3) Leave to work for 5 – 15 minutes. Re-agitate the area every 3-5 minutes.
4) Agitate the Formula 1 with a cleaning pad or stainless steel brush.
5) Rinse the anilox carefully with water to avoid splashing onto surrounding areas.
Using a cloth or stainless steel brush until no more Formula 1 is present.
6) Volume check the anilox with Sandon Global Voltec inspection kit.
7) Safely store Formula 1 and apply Formula 2 into rinsing bucket.
