Collecting personal data based on consents: The collection of personal data based on consent from the data subject will be done by using “Consent Forms” that will store documentation related to the consent given by the individual. We may also collect feedback, comments and questions received from you in service-related communication and activities, such as meetings, phone calls, documents, and emails. From our websites we may collect IP-address and actions taken on the site.

If you apply for a job at Sandon Global Engraving Technology Ltd.we collect the data you provide during the application process. Sandon Global Engraving Technology Ltd.does not collect or process any special categories of personal data, such as public unique identifiers or sensitive personal data.

We collect information about you during the enquiry forms including quotation requests for products and services. As part of our quotation process, you are provided with an opportunity to record your marketing preferences. We endeavour at all times to respect your preferences and not send you communications in contravention of your wishes.

Where you have agreed to receive such communications, Sandon Global Engraving Technologies Ltd. may use your information and personal details to contact you with marketing messages by email, phone, post or otherwise. Private Area: If you are already one of our customers and have an account with us, we will hold this information in a secure back office system. Which will integrate with secure online systems such as an extranet.

Note that we do not extract any personal information (e.g. email address or name) that may be in a web browser’s user preference file.

It is important to highlight that our products/services are not intended for consumers. We do not knowingly record or retain any personal information from such individuals.

Use of sub-contractors (processors and sub-processors)

We may use sub-contractors to process personal data on our behalf. EG print and mailing fulfilment houses. We are responsible for making sure they commit themselves to adhere to this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation by signing a Data Processing Agreement.
